I’m a qualified women’s personal trainer and online coach, passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and supported in their training. My approach combines evidence-based strength training with a genuine respect for women’s health, hormones, recovery, and real life.
I believe training should feel empowering, not exhausting — and that when women understand their bodies and train with intention, everything changes.
